Beauty Fitness Exercises

 

Beauty fitness exercises will benefit anyone who wants to look and feel younger.

Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes and there is no set standard but to look your best you need a toned and active body.

Keeping fit and active with a regular fitness program will do wonders for your health as well as making you look and feel better. As you grow older it will help you to stay young looking and you will feel great for it.

As we grow older, our bodies tend to slouch as muscles relax and joints become stiffer, so for a younger fitter appearance beauty fitness exercises are the answer.

If someone you know sees you from a distance, they would recognize you from your posture and the way you move without having to see your face. We can also judge someone’s age by his or her overall appearance and the way they move.

So the first thing you need to do if you want to get fit and look great is kit yourself out with some suitable sportswear clothing.

It doesn’t matter if you only intend to go walking because dressing for the exercise will put you in the right frame of mind and keep you focused on what you aim to achieve.

There are numerous methods of getting fit, you just have to choose the right one for you so that you will stick to it and reach your goals.

Options range from going to the gym, walking or jogging, fitness work outs you can do at home or, if you’re a real beginner, simple stretching exercises to tone up your muscles ready for more strenuous exercise later.

 

 

Unfortunately, you can't get fit by just thinking about it, you have to do something otherwise you will not see any progress.

Don’t worry, if you are not the sporty type and cringe at the thought of going to the gym every week then here are my own beauty fitness exercises on how to stay fit and toned.


Beauty fitness exercises:

  1. To counteract the slouch – stand with feet shoulder width apart and hands on hips, stretch your body backwards into a bow shape.

  2. Fill your lungs with air and stretch up from the waist as though you are about to sing.

  3. Imagine a cord attached to the top of your head and feel it stretching you upwards.

  4. If you have access to stairs then make the most of them. Walk smartly up and down them whilst stretching up from the waist.

  5. Whenever you walk, walk purposely.

  6. Enjoy the luxurious feeling of stretching and stretch often.

  7. Tense and release muscles slowly.

  8. Take up Yoga.

  9. Stretch when you reach up to cupboards.

  10. Stretch when you reach down to cupboards.
