Skin Care Beauty Secrets
Skincare
Beauty skincare is skin care that provides your skin with all the nutrients it needs to radiate beauty.
Natural ingredients deliver far more benefits.
When I was about seventeen, I suffered from combination skin. My problem was dry flaky patches on my cheeks and oily patches on my forehead, nose and chin.
I also suffered from continual breakouts of spots, boils and blackheads.
The commercial image of beauty has always portrayed a flawless skin and to achieve this end I did what all my friends were doing. Foundation cream applied liberally covers all evils and gives the illusion of beautiful skin but this is not beauty skincare.
Foundation cream blocks the skin’s pores and escalates the original problem.
I was lucky enough to be working with someone who believed in natural ingredients and she suggested I tried wearing no foundation creams at all and cleansing my skin with Rose Water. Since that time, I have never used foundation cream.
Rose Water
Rose Water smells exquisite; produced by steam distillation of fresh rose petals; it contains pure natural rose oil. Rose water contains no artificial ingredients and is renowned as the most traditional of all facial cleansers. Rose water has multiple beauty skincare uses; use it for treating acne and skin irritations; it nourishes and hydrates your skin. You can use it in a facial or hair mask or add it to your bath water and use it as a moisturiser after your bath.
My local chemist used to make it up for me in 500ml bottles but now I have to order it over the internet.
Rosehip Oil
Another brilliant beauty skin care product is Rosehip oil. Rosehip oil delays the effects of skin aging, aids cell regeneration and boosts collagen and elastin levels. Rosehip oil contains a derivative of vitamin A, natural tretinoin and helps to promote smoother, firmer skin.
Rosehip oil has been used for centuries in Chile and South America and until recently was one of their best kept beauty secrets. I have not tried it yet but I am informed that Rosehip oil has a dramatic effect on fine lines, wrinkles, dry and sun damaged skin, reduces pigmentation and raised scar tissue caused by surgery, acne, minor burns and stretch marks.
I had such a good experience with Rose Water that I don’t doubt any of the claims made for Rosehip oil.
