Some detox diets and fasting plans only allow water

Replace these with plenty of water, natural fruit juices, fresh vegetables and meals based on fresh vegetables and fruit.
After you have detoxed for a couple of days you must
concentrate on healthy, wholesome foods by
following a healthy eating plan. This way you will have a high degree of energy and also keep your weight at a constant level.

It’s generally understood that the more extreme the detox diet is the quicker it will work for you BUT the downside of this is you should expect to experience some very uncomfortable side effects such as headaches, diarrhea, nausea, fatigue and various skin problems.
How Long Should You Stay On A Detox Diet?
I think it’s unwise to stay on any detox diet for more than two
or three days or you risk suffering from vitamin, mineral and protein deficiencies.

minimum of 10 days but you must follow the instructions on how to do it
It is NOT recommended you go on a diet consisting of water only. If you have any medical condition at all you must consult your doctor before attempting any form of detox diet.
